The first one is 2+2=? from Bob Seger and it plays as the Father, Jim Miller, drives home late at night and gets killed in his garage as he gets locked in his car and dies of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Sam wakes up and the brothers are heading their way to Michigan.

On the road plays Lucifer from The Bob Seger System which is the same artist, just a different name.

Not only bc the beloved alien Alf one slid into the scene, wearing a blue shirt and sunglasses as he performed to that song!
Later Niles in “The Nanny” did a performance and there was once a commercial with Heidi Klum doing the same.
