Lilith

Her best known alias of "White Eyed Bitch" (okay maybe I just made that up myself but it's damn accurate) refers to the fact that Lilith is a demon with white eyes. There are not many white-eyed demons, but they are the oldest in existence and the most powerful ones at that. As far as I know, the only other ones are the four Princes of Hell.

According to the Bible, Lilith was one of the first humans before the whole demon business. That was the result of the fight between God and Lucifer. The former loved humans, the latter did not, lots of harsh words, God yeets Luci out of heaven and the fallen angel starts sulking. To prove his point that humans were not cool, the devil twisted Lilith's soul into the ugliness he saw, making her the first ever demon.

In a very twisted and complex plan from Azazel to free Lucifer from Hell, he learned that he needed Lilith to do that. As such he worked hard to free her first. He got defeated by the Winchesters in the process, but not before Lilith escaped.

As a result, Lilith adopted Azazel's position in the demon world (or "Hell's Army" and continued his work to free her maker. This process existed of breaking the so-called 66 seals. Though there were 600 in total keeping him locked in Hell, he was strong enough to break out with 66 of them broken - though the last one had to be the death of Lilith herself. She managed to trick the Winchesters into doing this, making them think they would win in doing so and end the process of freeing Lucifer.

Could Lilith come back?

Knowing that Lilith rose from Hell several times, it's not impossible to think there is a chance she could be brought back. Lilith's first return was enabled through the opening of a Devil's Gate in 2007. She only remained gone for just over ten years though, until she was resurrected by God in 2019. He specifically required Lilith to take the terrifying weapon "The Equalizer" from the Winchesters. Despite their attempts to hold her off, she managed to destroy the weapon. This time it took the powers of equally strong Michael to obliterate her. But who knows if opening a Devil's Gate could once again release some of her essence back into the world?

What is Lilith capable of?

Like all demons, Lilith can take any vessel to appear and function in. Her most preferred vessel seems to be blond women and girls, which should help to recognize her along with the white eyes. Her main forms of attack seem to be the casting of blinding white light from her hands, and telekinesis. The latter was often accompanied by snapping her fingers. Aside from claiming bodies as a demon, it seems Lilith was also capable of exorcising other demons from their vessels and casting spells.
Annoyingly she appears to be invulnerable, except to the powers of angels as strong as herself, possibly the Colt, primordials and whatever children Azazel had fed demon blood.
